Base folks always offer friendly courteous service. They are so on top of it they remember my mother's order every time she comes in they always just say "do you want the usual miss Henderson"?

This place used to be good. It just flat out sucks now. Service is always slow and the food is never right.

I frequent this location at least once a week sometimes more, today myself and a co-worker came in. We called our order in to speed up the process and our order was for dine in, when we arrived our order was ready but in a to-go fashion. A new employee (Cody) in a fairly rude manner informed us that a call in order is a to-go order and that's how it is prepped. if this is policy fine however after 5.5 year of coming here I do know that when we have specified for dine in it has been that way! Thank you Cody, for your accommodating service....?! Ps the food was fine, service not so much!
